This initial conversation is the first step towards crafting a personalised fitness plan tailored towards you.
STEP TWO
Initial Assessment

Meet with one of our coaches for an in-depth initial assessment.
We'll dive deeper into your goals and training history during this session. We'll conduct posture and alignment checks, guide you through a movement screen, and offer an optional body composition check.

This personalised, one-on-one assessment ensures we understand your unique needs, so we can immediately tailor our small group sessions to challenge you appropriately.
STEP THREE
6-Week Foundation Programme Starts​

Kick off your journey with our six-week foundation program.
​
During this period, you'll have unlimited access to our SGPT sessions, personalized coaching, and support via our coaching platform.
You'll also enjoy early access to our events and merchandise, among other benefits.
​
At the end of the six weeks, we'll conduct a review to assess your progress and discuss your experience with us so far.
Following this review, you can become a full-time member and continue your journey towards a healthier, happier lifestyle with Yonda.
